Headlight Brightness Fluctuates On Acceleration

Check your voltage I'd say your voltage regulator might be bad as you rev it up the voltage will increase causing the lights to brighten. Just check for 14.5 at the battery. If it is bad you can do a lot of electrical damage so check it soon

I don't know about the chain lube might be fine. Don't use wd-40 it will dry out. You'll have better luck with a runny lube like a penetrating oil it will flow in there better.

You would have to remove one end of the cable and use a spray lube with the little red tip and squirt it between the cable and coating. You could also take the cables off and submerge them in an oil or some thing of that nature. It could just be the cables are worn out and dragging inside the coatin...

Thanks It's actually a stock 99-02 r6 exhaust I bent the mount on the muffler and rotated it up. I wanted a high mount but I've spent so much already I'm gonna make what I have work. Here's a shot from the rear while I was doing a mock up. http://img.tapatalk.com/4c77147d-82f4-382d.jpg

Re: Swing arm swap so close help with 520 chain

if your using the yzf600r engine an not the fzr then you dont have to space the chain out because the engine has it built in. use a sprocket with no collar on it or put the collar on the outside. i found a fzr front sprocket fits on the yzf
