Sooooo....where did this end up? I am going to need tires soon. Vintage usually only comes in the BT45, Avon RR or the Conti attack. Have raced minis on the BT45 and liked them. Have heard Contis are a level up but this is all hear-say.
Quick update. Screen arrived and fit a lot better. It still had to be modified but I can't confirm this was not due to my repairs. The screen was partially cracked but I have chosen to just use it anyways since this all started way back in October to get a darn windscreen.
I am in Canada. That mra shop one will sort out to close to 200cdn dollars by the time it is at my house which is totally unreasonable for a windscreen. Thank you for the options though.
Hi All, I am in the search for a windscreen for my genesis. Its a heck of a chore it seems. I ordered one from China but it didn't fit. Those swing arms polish up nicely. I am half way done with mine. As far as tape for the wheel goes i use this flexibe painters tape that works really well for curves like a wheel. It feels like a flexible plastic. I got it from a friend at a body shop. I do like the polished and white also! Nice lo...
You have a multimeter? Check battery voltage if you do after charging for it bit. Its likely toast. Try a vehicle battery if you want to check as well. Like Don said, you best bet for diagnosis if to switch the coils. If you don't have a multimeter you will need to pick one up for this most likely. ...
